How payouts work

Payments go through Razorpay Route, so the host’s money is held safely and your share is transferred to your own KYC’d account.

  1. Step 1: A host books your package

    He chooses your package for his plan. When he picks his guest, he pays the full package price.

  2. Step 2: The money is held

    Your share waits in Razorpay until the date. You can see every booking in your venue portal.

  3. Step 3: Both guests check in

    They scan your code at the table between 15 minutes before and 30 minutes after the booking time.

  4. Step 4: You’re paid the next day

    Your share, minus 10% commission, settles T+1 to your bank account.

When plans don’t go to plan

The rules are written down, so there are no arguments at the counter.

The host cancels late
If he cancels within 24 hours, 25% of the package is kept and goes to you, minus commission, for the held table.
The host doesn’t show
His guest can redeem one item from the package that day as a solo perk, and you’re paid for it.
The guest doesn’t show
The host is refunded. Venues aren’t paid in this case during launch; we’ll revisit this with partner feedback.
Something goes wrong at the venue
If you’re closed, overbooked or can’t serve the package, the host is refunded and the venue gets a strike. Strikes expire after 12 months; 3 strikes lead to a review.

What you’ll need to apply

  1. Your venue on Google Maps: a café, restaurant or bar open to the public in Bengaluru.
  2. Your licence details, plus your excise licence if you serve alcohol and want drinks plans.
  3. At least 5 good photos of your space and what you serve.
  4. Bank details for payouts, verified through Razorpay.
